Pat Cummins and Mohammed Siraj were spotted in action recently during the 51st match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 between Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Gujarat Titans (GT) on May 02 (Friday) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Siraj has been in tremendous form in the ongoing 18th season for GT. He bagged 14 wickets in 10 matches, averaging at 24.28, which includes a strike rate of 16.28, and an economy of 8.94.
On the other hand, Cummins, who recently appeared in his 68th IPL match, faces a tough time as SRH’s captain and key pacer. He managed to take just 10 wickets in 10 matches of this season at an average of 34.40, a strike rate of 21.40, and an economy of 9.64.
Before stepping onto the field for his 68th IPL game, how did Cummins fare compared to Siraj in the first 67 IPL games? Let’s take a closer look by comparing their stats at this stage and find out how these two fiercest performed in their IPL journey.
1. Most Wickets Taken:
Comparing the stats till the first 67 IPL matches, Mohammed Siraj bagged 11 fewer wickets than Pat Cummins at this level:

Cummins made his IPL debut with Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in 2014 and went on to represent Delhi Capitals (DC) and Sunrisers Hyderabad, but played only 8 seasons.
