
On the 24th and 25th of November, comes the most awaited and anticipated mega auction of IPL 2025, which will take place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Initially, there were 1,574 players on the long list, but later after the franchises gave their feedback, it was reduced to 574 players across the globe for bidding.
According to the list released by BCCI, there are 366 Indian and 208 overseas players amongst the shortlisted 547 cricketers. Also, the IPL 2025 mega auction shortlist presents 318 uncapped Indian and 12 uncapped overseas cricketers. Out of these players, it is reportedly updated that 48 capped Indian and 193 capped foreign players chosen for the auction.
It would be exciting to see what will happen during the most anticipated mega auction of IPL 2025. As we know, the 10 franchises of the Indian Premier League have been given a purse value of INR 120 Crore. This value was given so that the IPL franchises build their squad and strengthen their gameplay standards.

Here is the list of Bangladesh Players in the Mega Auction of the Indian Premier League 2025. Mushfiqur Rahman, the experienced cricketer, has never seen the taste of IPL, and he has not registered himself for the mega auction of IPL.
Previously there were a total of 13 players registered, but presently there are only 12 Bangladeshi cricketers who would make it to the final list.

Mustafizur Rahman was the only player from the Bangladesh national cricket team, who played in the previous IPL 2024 season for Chennai Super Kings out of other Bangladeshi Cricketers entering the IPL 2025 Mega Auction. Despite having a purse limit of INR 120 Crore, PBKS (Punjab Kings) have retained only 2 of their players, marking the highest purse remaining franchise. Whereas, on the other hand, RR (Rajasthan Royals) chose to retain 6 players and are the lowest purse remaining franchise.
With regard to the available slots after the retentions, there are 204 bidding slots ready with 70 overseas cricketers for the upcoming IPL 2025 Mega Auction. There are 8 price brackets in which players are listed according to different ranges starting from 30 lakh, which goes up to 2 crore.
